Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

To request a return, please contact us at support@klyraco.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:


  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times can vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:


  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please contact support@klyraco.com.

Shipping Disclaimer

Klyra works with fulfillment partners, including international suppliers. Shipping times may vary, and delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not eligible for refunds once an order has shipped.
